Recipient of "Architect of the Year -1996" award from the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India on all India basis. This work has been published in the A+D magazine.
Selected for the 'Architect of the Year' award - 1996 on all India basis for Jawaharlal Nehru Multipurpose Stadium at Cochin.

Mr. Jaishankar is the Past President of CREDAI - Karnataka; Past President of Rotary Club of Bangalore Midtown; a former Director on the Board of Public Affairs Centre; and on the Committees of CII & BCIC.

 Ms. Mili Majumdar, Associate Director, Sustainable Building Science , The Energy and Resources Institute. Ms. Majumdar is an Architect-Building Technology professional with specialization in energy efficiency and development of sustainable habitats. She has over 14 years of experience in the field of energy and environment with core expertise in sustainable development of habitat and buildings. She has been involved in several policy initiatives to mainstream sustainable buildings in India. As a member of several national and regional level expert committees, she has significant contribution in development of relevant codes and standards (Energy Conservation Building Code, Guidelines for Environmental Clearance of large construction projects, National Building Code 2005) in the country and successfully enabled energy efficiency and renewable energy integration in several urban and peri-urban construction projects in the country.
